Council Meeting Discussing Application

On September 10, the 31 Sand Rd application was discussed at the council meeting.

During the council meeting, we learned that the developer can legally appeal to the Ontario Land Tribunal as early as November 21.


The planning department is not obligated to make a recommendation to council ahead of that time, but could do so if asked by council.


This information speaks to the urgency of getting all residents concerns on the record in writing as well as verbally at the public meeting on October 21.
