Update: OLT Case Management Conference

Hi Everyone,

Just a quick update on the OLT process.


The Case Management Conference (CMC) happened this morning.


All 24 participant statements submitted were officially accepted, with 2 additional receiving extensions to submit until May 8th. The lawyers will then finalize the list of issues to include in the hearing 2 weeks after all statements are received.

The hearing dates has been scheduled for January 26, 2027 - February 5, 2027 (9 days allocated).


Thank you to everyone who took the time to write a participant statement.

I am once again blown away by the way that this community is rallying together.
