Developer has appealed to the OLT

Hi Everyone,

Unfortunately, we have just been notified by the town that the developer has appealed to the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) regarding the 31 Sand Rd application.


This means that the matter will now be reviewed as part of the formal OLT process, which falls under provincial jurisdiction. The strong report from our town planning department and all community input submitted to date will form part of the record considered during this process.
