Developer hosted community meeting

Wednesday, October 1, 6:30-8:30pm

East Gwillimbury Sports Complex, Canada Hall B

This meeting is not an official town meeting. It is hosted by Pentacore Development.

It is meant to be an information session where members of the community can ask questions and provide direct feedback to the developer. I have attached a screenshot of Councillor Carruthers facebook post with the meeting invitation. Those who live in the impacted area should receive a notice in the mail as well.

Please plan to attend this meeting. It is important that we stand together as a community to express our concerns at every opportunity. 

Resident organized community meeting

Monday, October 6, 7:00pm

Holland Landing Library

This meeting is hosted by residents of Holland Landing who are strongly opposed to the proposed development.

It is a chance for us to share detailed talking points and get organized ahead of the official town meeting on October 21.

Town of EG public meeting

This is the official town meeting for council to hear residents' opinions.

At this meeting, all registered speakers will be given a chance to voice their concerns and have them placed on the official record for this file.

It is extremely important that as many people as possible register to speak at this meeting. If there are multiple adults in your household, all should register to speak individually, even if they just say that they agree with points made by other speakers.
